Accreditation: LEEA Approved (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association)
Entry Requirement:
Completion of the LEEA Foundation course or previous Part 1 Entry (P1E) qualification. Participants must be over 16 years of age.
Target Audience:
Inspectors, technicians, engineers, and professionals involved in the testing, examination, maintenance, and compliance of lifting accessories across industries such as construction, oil & gas, offshore, and heavy engineering.
Course Aim
To equip participants with advanced technical knowledge and practical skills to inspect, assess, and verify lifting accessories, ensuring they meet international safety standards and remain fit for purpose in demanding operational environments.

Participants who successfully demonstrate competence in both theoretical and practical assessments will receive the LEEA Lifting Accessories Diploma (LAC), a globally recognised qualification valid for 5 years. This programme supersedes the previous Lifting Equipment General (LEG) Advanced Programme and reflects current industry standards and best practices.
